U11 LOCAL LEAGUE SIMCOE REGION CHAMPIONS
Congratulations to the U11 Oak Ridges Kings on winning the SRLL Championship!
Defeating Thornton #2 by a score of 2-0 on Sunday March 23, 2025.
A great shutout by Goalie Brandon Iek. Ryan Lawson got the game winning goal and was assisted by Vivian Zuech. The team won the best of 5 championship series in 3 games only allowing 1 goal against in the 3 games played.
The team went undefeated with a record of 8-0 in all 3 rounds of the playoffs.
The team had an amazing and epic regular season led by Head Coach Joseph La Gambina with an impressive23-1-2 record to win and clinch 1st place overall.
