To All RHHA Members:

Below please find the link to submit an Incident/Complaint form which will go directly to our DRC (Dispute Resolution Committee) for review.
Allow a minimum of 72 hours for the DRC to contact you directly.  After all investigations and meetings, the DRC will send it's recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Prior to submitting an Incident/Complaint form, please read the following:

1.  This form is for the exclusive use of Richmond Hill Hockey Association members only.  Membership includes Players; Parents; Team Officials; Board Members; Referee & Timekeepers; Convenors; and volunteers.  If you have a complaint and you are not a member of our association, please contact your association centre delegate.

2.  Complaints against referees or timekeepers will not be considered.  If you feel you have a serious issue that involves referees or timekeepers please file a report with your team's Head Coach (Rep & Tyke MD) or your division convenor (HL & LL).  They will determine if the complaint should be filed with our RIC (referee in chief) for further review.
