Novice A, 2018-2019, A (Richmond Hill Hockey)

The Richmond Hill Stars Novice A have advanced to the York Simcoe semi-finals.The Stars played Georgina and Orillia in the first round of the playoffs but finished second in the three team series that saw the Novice A Stars go 2-2.The Stars then played the Markham Waxers in the quarter finals of the YS playoffs and although every game was close went on to win the series going 3-0-1 allowing only 6 goals. The Novice A Stars will now face the Barrie Colts in the semi-final.

The Novice A boys hit the ice for the first time as a team this past weekend in the The Mary Parkinson Memorial A Tournament.  Although this tournament didn't bring any game wins it brought so much excitement to a group of kids with such a passion for the game of hockey.  The kids worked together, played hard and never gave up.  The season is just beginning and we can't wait to see what's to come for Novice A.  Great job to the staff and team !!!!
