Game Sheets - we will be using paper game sheets that are in quadruplicate. Please ensure you have a list of all your players and numbers or you can use labels, but a label must be attached to each of the 4 copies. Also labels cannot cover the section reserved for List of Suspended Players. Thus labels should not be bigger than 3.5 inches in height.
Please DO NOT removed the game sheet from the check-in desk.


Locks for Change Rooms - if you want to lock your change room during the game (highly advisable) you are required to bring your own lock; RHHA and the City of Richmond Hill no longer provide locks


U10 to U18 Select $1,125
(10 / 10 / 15 stop time periods)
NO body checking permitted

3 game guarantee

1st place teams receive awards and team trophy

2nd place teams receive awards

Out of town teams (1.5+ hours) will not play until Friday

Payments can be made by Credit Card when you register (VISA, Master Card), or Cheque.
RHHA is unable to process e-transfers

Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of payment provided that (i) credit card charge is successful or the entry fee cheque is received within ten (10) days of online registration at the address below; and (ii) the division is not full. If your cheque is received after 10 days from the date of registration, you team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the cheque is received.

REFUND POLICIES

 

Covid-19 Refund Policy

Should our tournament be cancelled due to COVID-19 related measures taken by federal, provincial, or municipal governments, public health units, Hockey Canada, the OHF and/or the OMHA, the Richmond Hill Hockey Association will offer a full refund of fees paid.

 

Should an individual team withdraw due to COVID-19, the Richmond Hill Hockey Association will offer a full refund of fees paid. A letter indicating the team’s withdrawal will need to be presented from the team’s association President, prior to the start of the tournament, in order for the team to qualify for a refund.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations/withdrawals made by a team, outside of the COVID-19 policies above are subject to a $200 admin fee and must be requested at least 35 days prior to the tournament start date.
