PrintMISSING CERTIFICATION
If you have taken the clinic but are being advised that your certification is not showing on your player's profile, prior to contacting the hockey office please follow the steps below:

1.  Sign back into your Parent Respect In Sport profile using your login and password   https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/secure/

2.  Double check that all modules have a check mark through them

3.  Click on your profile (top tool bar) and then click on Child Management

4.  Ensure your hockey player's name and date of birth is correct

5.  Make sure that you have input RICHMOND HILL in the association (not Richmond Hill Zone)


Note:  Once you have completed the clinic, please upload your Certificate by clicking on the link:
