All players must be electronically registered through the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) system in order for them to be on your Rep team roster.  

While there is NO COST to REP or TYKE MD parents for registration, you still need to go through the process which will also give you a receipt for your 2017 Child Tax Credit Refund.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOUR PLAYER(S) ARE PROPERLY REGISTERED.  

THIS IS ONLY FOR REP PLAYERS - HOUSE LEAGUE & LOCAL LEAGUE CANNOT REGISTER AT THIS TIME.
A.  If you have previously registered your child(ren) online then you will already have an account set up.  Click on the REGISTRATION link below and when the HCR page opens you can sign in with your email address and password.
Note:  Even if you registered online previously in a different association, your email & password will give you access to your HCR account.
Click on REGISTER A PARTICIPANT.  Fill out the player information and click on REGISTER.  
Please read 'C' below.

B.  If you have never registered your child(ren) online then you will need to set up an account.  Click on the REGISTRATION link below and when the HCR page opens click on the blue "click here to create an account" option and follow the steps.  Once you have filled out the information for your account and click submit and new page will open.  Click on REGISTER A NEW PARTICIPANT.  Fill out the player information and click on REGISTER.  

C.  Scroll down a bit and your player should be showing with his/her HCR ID number.  ALL players are in the Hockey Canada system already with a unique Hockey ID #

NOTE:  If your player does not show up at this point please contact the hockey office for his/her Hockey ID #.  

DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW PLAYER PROFILE BY CHANGING THE BIRTH DATE OR SPELLING OF NAME.

If your player shows up click on the Register Now button and continue.  Please make sure to fill out and/or update all the information, specifically both parent email address' and cell phones.

Once all the information has been inputted, please continue by going to payment.  Although you will not be paying, please continue as if you were.  The option for payment will be cheque.  
DO NOT SEND A CHEQUE. This is only for your receipt for your Child Tax Credit. You will be able to go back into your account prior to tax time next year and pull your receipt.
