For players born in:
1999 & 2000 - MIDGET

Due to the OHF Midget Pilot Program that was initiated last season, at this time (spring tryouts) players trying out for Midget can only attend their home centre/zone tryouts, or the centre they were registered with during 2015-16.  All other Midget tryouts will commence on August 23, 2016.  PTS forms are not required for Midget players to return to their home centre at this time.

For players born in:
2002 & 2001

Players wishing to tryout for Bantam or M Midget at another LOR centre will need to get released or permission from the Coyote's head coach prior to receiving a PTS form.
