If player resides outside the LOR (e.g. Aurora; Newmarket etc) and PLAYED with the Coyotes during the 2015-16 season

PAPERWORK REQUIRED TO ATTEND COYOTE TRYOUT:

M Atom (2007)       OHF WAIVER

Atom (2006)           Paperwork is not required

M Peewee (2005)   OHF WAIVER

Peewee (2004)      Paperwork is not required

M Bantam (2003)   OHF WAIVER

Bantam (2002)      Paperwork is not required

M Midget (2001)    OHF WAIVER

Note: In every 'Minor' year players must return to their home centre (e.g. Aurora; Newmarket etc) to obtain a Permission to Skate to attend their home AAA Zone (e.g. YSE) tryouts. They will then need an OHF Waiver from their home AAA zone to attend the Coyote tryouts. Players must leave a copy of their OHF Waiver with our Tryout Registration desk. If player signs with the team then the ORIGINAL waiver must be submitted. Make sure not to lose the original - they are very hard to replace!
