Player is a Richmond Hill, Nobleking, Caledon or LOR resident and DID NOT PLAY with the Coyotes during the 2015-16 season but played elsewhere in the LOR


PAPERWORK REQUIRED TO ATTEND COYOTE TRYOUT:

Permission to Skate forms are required and must be obtained from the centre/associaton that the player was with during the 2015-16 season.

Note for players 2002 (Bantam) & 2001 (M Midget)
Permission to Skates are accepted for tryouts only - if player wishes to sign then a release is required from the centre/associaton that the player was with during the 2015-16 season.  Releases are not required if player was with a GTHL club as all players are automatically released at the end of the season however player will still need a Permission to Skate form.
