Hello, we are currently seeking volunteers for our Richmond Hill Select Hockey Tournament running January 29-February 1. Student volunteers (younger than 18 years of age), can submit the time worked as volunteer hours. The main responsibilities for tournament volunteers would include: Managing the Registration Table, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of game sheets through the GameSheet app.
Answering questions from team officials and families, Acting as a liaison for referees, timekeepers, and arena staff Facilitating the distribution of player of the game awards and championship Sunday awards
Tournament volunteers would need to be available for one or more of the following shifts.
- Thursday from 5pm-9pm
- Friday from 8am-3pm
- Friday from 3pm-11pm
- Saturday from 8am-3pm
- Saturday from 3pm-11pm
- Sunday from 8am-12pm
- Sunday from 12pm-4pm
*shorter shifts are available too

These are the arenas we are using that weekend; Bond Lake, Elgin Barrow, Elvis Stojko, Honey & Barry Sherman Memorial Arena, and Ed Sackfield.
