U10 to U18 AA $1,450 (10 / 15 / 15 stop time periods)

4 game guarantee

1st place teams receive awards and team trophy

2nd place teams receive awards

Out of town teams (1.5+ hours) will not play until Friday

Payments can be made by Credit Card when you register (VISA, Master Card), or Cheque.

RHHA is unable to process e-transfers

 

 Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of payment provided that (i) credit card charge is successful or the entry fee cheque is received within ten (10) days of online registration at the address below; and (ii) the division is not full. If your cheque is received after 10 days from the date of registration, you team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the cheque is received.

REFUND POLICIES

 

Covid-19 Refund Policy

Should our tournament be cancelled due to COVID-19 related measures taken by federal, provincial, or municipal governments, public health units, Hockey Canada, the OHF and/or the OMHA, the Richmond Hill Hockey Association will offer a full refund of fees paid.

 

Should an individual team withdraw due to COVID-19, the Richmond Hill Hockey Association will offer a full refund of fees paid. A letter indicating the team’s withdrawal will need to be presented from the team’s association President, prior to the start of the tournament, in order for the team to qualify for a refund.

 

Playoffs Refund Policy

If a team is required to withdraw from the tournament due to conflicts with Playoffs, we must be notified of the withdrawal by March 18, 2022 and the Richmond Hill Hockey Association will offer a full refund of fees paid. A letter indicating the team’s need to withdraw because of conflicts with playoffs will need to be presented from the team’s association President in order for the team to qualify for a refund.

 

If a team fails to notify us by March 18, 2022 NO refund will be issued.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations/withdrawals made by a team, outside of the COVID-19 and Playoffs policies above are subject to a $200 admin fee. NO refunds will be issued within 35 days prior to the tournament start date.
